Try it without risk 

No security features are automatically enabled by installing XP-Protector. You can install XP-Protector as you would any other programs and see if you like it without any risk of locking up your computer. 

System requirements

  • Windows 2000, Windows XP Professional or Home edition operating system

  • 5 MB of free hard disk space

XP-Protector only works on Windows XP. It does not work with newer versions of Windows, such as Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8. Some features may work on these systems. Click here for more information.

Trial version

XP-Protector is shareware. Trial version of XP-Protector is offered for free evaluation. The evaluation period is not limited but there are some functional limitations when compared to the full (registered) version:

  • Maximal number of users (accounts) displayed is 2 (two).
  • Advanced access rights editor is limited to editing rights of existing users or groups.
  • Registration reminder window.
  • In internet restrictions: only 2 sites and 2 keywords; time spend on internet can be set either to unlimited or limited to max. 8 minutes; limit of downloaded data can be set either to unlimited or limited to max. 1 MB daily and/or 7 MB weekly.
